T. Armstrong Dobson also known as “Tonya” has 20 years of corporate experience with multiple fortune 500 companies. In addition to being a successful entrepreneur, she has had managerial and staff positions in engineering, training, sales, human resources, and corporate coaching. The opportunity to view the work experience from various angles has given Armstrong insight that has been sought out by many. Due to a passion for people and her Profession in Human Resources, Armstrong has extended her valuable advice in her recent publication, “You Can Only Drink but So Much Whine!-Is your job driving you to drink?”. Armstrong’s humorous and candid personality shines through every page as she provides advice for today’s workplace issues. This refreshing, down-to-earth, and realistic contribution to the workplace has been well worth the wait.

About the Illustrator

Matthew Barnes

Matthew Barnes, a renaissance artist known for his eclectic taste in multi medium art had an interest in animation and art from a very early age. Rooted in a long-standing family hobby and interest in comic books; his local annual attendance at the Hero’s Comic Convention, Charlotte, NC became the cornerstone for his passion of art and animation. He leveraged every opportunity to work with various comic illustrators and instructors which solidified his desire to become an artist. He developed a diversified background in art, theatre, music and classic movies that continue to be an inspiration for his current work. His interest in jazz and classic music credit him as a musician where he recently contributed to an independent documentary film; release, Spring, 2012 on the unsung hero James Booker, New Orleans, LA. Currently a senior at the University of the Arts, Philadelphia, PA, B. A. 2012; he will attend the European School of Visual Arts, Portiers and Angouleme, France, Fall semester 2011; expanding his international studies in the likes of art history and sculpture.
